Chapter One General
First The Chinese Calligraphers Association is a professional people's organization led by the Communist Party of China and composed of calligraphers of all nationalities in the country. It is a bridge and link between the party and the government in the calligraphy industry. It is an important force for the prosperity and development of the socialist literary cause and the building of a socialist cultural power. .
Article 2 The Chinese Calligraphers Association is a group member of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles.

Article 4 The Association abides by the Constitution of the People's Republic of China and various national laws and regulations, and carries out various tasks in accordance with the Constitution of the Association.

Article 10 Follow the rules of art, give play to the role of experts, and build professional committees and working committees of the Association.
Article 11 Adhere to the grassroots level and serve the society, and carry out extensive volunteer service activities. Attach importance to supporting grass-roots calligraphy organizations and mass calligraphy activities, and strengthen ties and cooperation with governments at all levels, relevant departments and all sectors of society in various ways to promote the popularization and improvement of calligraphy art.
Article 12 In accordance with national laws and related policies, actively support the development of the calligraphy culture industry, strengthen the construction of basic culture, and create conditions for serving members.
Article 13 Protect the legitimate rights and interests of members in accordance with relevant laws and the articles of association, and establish and improve corresponding rights protection mechanisms and improve related functions.
Article 14 To strengthen contacts, exchanges and cooperation with calligraphy organizations and calligraphers in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macau Special Administrative Region, Taiwan and overseas Chinese, and play an active role in promoting the excellent culture of the Chinese nation.
Article 15 Actively carry out cultural exchanges with foreign calligraphy, establish and develop friendly relations with calligraphy art organizations and calligraphers of various countries, promote Chinese calligraphy to the world, show the Chinese cultural style, deepen the understanding and understanding of the international community, and safeguard national interests and cultural security, and promote countries The friendship between the people contributes to the cause of world peace and progress.

Article 16 China Calligraphers Association implements group membership and individual membership.
The provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Calligraphers Association are members of the association.
Members of the Chinese Book Association in the Chinese People's Liberation Army and the Chinese People's Armed Police Force collectively participate in the activities of the Chinese Book Association and are treated as group members.
The National Book Association of Industry (Professional) Industry, who agrees with the constitution of the Association and meets the relevant conditions, may apply for approval to the Bureau of the Association for approval, and after completing the procedures, they can become group members of the Association.
Article 17 Any citizen of the People's Republic of China who has achieved certain achievements in the field of calligraphy and arts, has a high ideological and cultural quality, meets the requirements for membership, and agrees to the constitution of the Association, should submit an application in person, and be introduced by two members of the Association. It is recommended by member units that they can become individual members of the Association after reporting to the Association for approval and fulfilling the procedures. The individual members of the Association are only a group member of the China Book Association.
Article 18 The membership and individual membership conditions of the Association are formulated separately in accordance with this Articles of Association and will be organized and implemented by the resident leadership organization after consideration and approval by the Presidium Meeting of the Chinese Calligraphers Association.
Article 19 Calligraphers and calligraphers in the Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions agree with the Constitution of the Association and meet the conditions for membership. I submit an application and recommend it to the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in Hong Kong and the Macao Special Administrative Region. Approved to become an individual member of the Association.
Calligraphers and calligraphers in Taiwan are in favor of the constitution of the Association and meet the requirements for membership. They should apply for it, and after reviewing by the Association and submitting to the higher authorities for approval, they can become individual members of the Association.
Article 20 Members have the right to vote and be elected, the right to make comments, suggestions and supervision on the work of the Association, and the freedom to withdraw from the Association. Member withdrawals shall be reviewed by the members of the association where they are located (members of the Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Region shall be reviewed by the higher authority) and submitted to the China Book Association for approval. Group members have the right to elect the representatives of the National Congress of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, recommend their members to join the Association, have the responsibility to strengthen member management supervision, guide services, and build grassroots calligraphy teams. Members have the obligation to abide by the constitution of the Association, implement the resolutions of the Association, safeguard the rights and reputation of the Association, accept the guidance, supervision and management of the Association, pay the membership dues on time, complete the tasks of the Association to deliver various tasks, and have made contributions to the cause of calligraphy responsibility.
Article 21 Calligraphers, calligraphers, and calligraphy enthusiasts who have made special contributions to the cause of Chinese calligraphy, meet certain requirements, recognize the articles of association of the association, be recommended by group members of the association, and perform related procedures. After being approved by the association, they can be awarded honors member. Honorary members are exempt from paying membership fees, and they do not have the right to vote or be elected in this association.
Article 22 Members and directors who violate national laws, regulations and related disciplines, violate the constitution, social morality, artistic morals, and damage the rights and reputation of the association, depending on the circumstances of the case, after a certain procedure, the leading organization in the association will discuss and decide. Approved by the Presidium of this Council, it can be dealt with separately for criticism education, notification of criticism, suspension of membership, expulsion of membership and disqualification of directors, etc., and make corresponding announcements.
Chapter Four organization
Article 23 The organizing principle of our association is democratic centralism.
The highest authority of the Association is the National Congress of the Chinese Calligraphers Association. Its powers are:

Article 24 Individual representatives of the National Congress are elected by members of various groups and relevant units through democratic consultation. According to the needs, the preparatory body of the conference will determine some invited representatives. A person in charge of the daily work of each group member unit serves as the group member representative of the National Congress, and at the same time as a director candidate representing the group member unit. If a member of a delegation member unit no longer serves as the person in charge of the group member unit, its director qualification shall be elected by another member in charge of the group member unit to be reported to the Bureau of the Association for consideration and approval.
Article 25 The National Congress elects a council. The council elected a chairman and several vice-chairmen to form the bureau. The Bureau appointed one Secretary-General and several Deputy Secretary-Generals.
During the intersessional period of the National Congress, the council executes the resolutions of the congress. During the intersession of the council, the presidium shall implement the resolutions of the congress and the council.
The Vice-Chairman in charge presides over the daily work of the Association.
Article 26 The National Congress is held every five years, and if necessary, the Presidium decides to hold it in advance or postponed. The council meets irregularly and is convened by the Bureau. The presidium meeting is convened by the chairman or the vice-chairman appointed by the chairman, and the meeting is convened at any time as needed.
Article 27 The members of the Bureau and the members of the Board of Directors have the responsibility and obligation to participate in and contribute to the construction, development and social welfare of the Association.
Article 28 Honorary posts such as honorary chairman and consultant are set up by the presidium. Those who hold honorary posts do not serve concurrently as directors.
Article 29 Members of the leading institutions that violate national laws, regulations, relevant disciplines, and the articles of association of this association may be replaced, adjusted, or dismissed in accordance with the procedures in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
chapter Five Funding and asset management
Article 30 The funding sources of the Association are state grants, membership dues, social sponsorship, corporate income, and other legal income. The Association accepts funding from members, honorary members and all walks of life at home and abroad.
Article 31 The funds, assets and real estate allocated by the State to the Association are protected by law, and no unit or individual may misappropriate, misappropriate or arbitrarily allocate them; the assets affiliation of the enterprises and institutions affiliated to the Association shall not be changed at will.

Article 33 The emblem of the Chinese Calligraphers Association uses the Chinese character "中", which is rendered in red artistic glyphs through art design, supplemented by the names of the Chinese Calligraphers Association marked with black traditional Chinese and English fonts.
Article 34 This charter was reviewed and approved by the National Congress of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, and its amendments are owned by the National Congress of the Society, and the interpretation is owned by the Chinese Calligraphers Association.
